Strong R&D technology
We have 60+ engineers in our R&D Centre, all of them are doctors or professors from University of Science and Technology of China.   Our engineer are from not only doing lithium battery manufacture, but also have good electronic skills, communication , structure design technology.

IHT mainly produces lithium iron phosphate battery packs. We have two factories with a total area of 100000 square meters。8 production lines equipped with complete set of automatic electronic welding equipment and laser welding equipment. 200000 electric cells can be assembled and welded every day. 150 sets of test equipments, which is equivalent to 800 sets of 51.2v100ah battery per day.


We have a perfect R & D system. We have enough experience in battery performance and safety design, Have long-term cooperation with BMS suppliers to ensure reliable quality.
More than 60 people R&D team and most of them are highly educated. Have electronic, structural and testing capabilities to meet the requirements of rapid response design.

According to practical application requirements, Design the battery pack with appropriate shell, size and charge discharge parameters, can be designed into a single module within 64V and 15 modules in parallel, the capacity expansion can reach 70kwh; Can design series system, series high-voltage system up to 1000V.
Professional R & D team and complete battery test equipment and safety test equipment ensure that R & D products are fully tested and mass-produced products meet the requirements.

We have our own experimental equipment, which can do various safety tests of batteries.
